The newest figures were released on May 27 from S&P Case Shiller Home Price Indices. The link to the site is below:

The following is for the Miami area:

For the 12 month period from April 2007 to March 2008, the decline was 23.64%

From January 2008 to March 2008, the first quarter, the decline was 7.33%
